Who Is Angie?
I am a daughter, sister, wife, mother, and lifelong explorer of what it means to be human. My path has included work as a preschool teacher and medical speech-language pathologist, experiences that shaped my curiosity about connection, communication, and healing. I am also someone who loves wandering through nature, cozy beds, donuts, and The Beatles.
Like many, I have experienced deep suffering. After my son was born, my physical and emotional health unraveled. I struggled with binge eating, chronic IBS, anxiety, exhaustion, fear, rage, and shame. One day, I saw a photo of myself holding my son. I recognized my child, but not myself. As I looked at that stranger in the picture, a deep curiosity arose: "Who is this? What is actually happening here?" That curiosity became my guide, leading me through the physical, emotional, and psychological layers of my experience.
Along the way, I discovered the work of Dr. Amy Johnson and trained as a Certified Change Coach in 2024. I'm also a Shamanic Reiki Practitioner and apprentice in a Shamanic Reiki Master Teacher program, deepening my relationship with energy healing, shamanic practice, and our connection with the natural world.
Today, I support others in exploring their inner worlds with curiosity and presence. Through coaching and Shamanic Reiki, I integrate somatic, meditative, and intuitive practices to help people reconnect with their own wisdom, see through the stories they carry, and create space for healing and integration.
About Coaching
When we work together, you can bring whatever feels confusing, heavy, or difficult. We will explore it openly and with curiosity. You’ll learn to be more present with your feelings and how to integrate them. Along the way, you’ll notice how your thoughts and emotions interact, which will help you become less reactive and more responsive in everyday life. In this space, you’ll notice patterns as they arise, begin to see your thinking without taking it so personally, and realize that you are not alone in what you experience. Over time, you’ll start to feel a greater sense of ease, clarity, and connection in your experience and gain the confidence to navigate life from a steadier, more grounded place.
